The McPeak-Sirois Group is pleased to announce that Seagen Canada has joined the Quebec Metastatic Breast Cancer Registry (the Registry) as partner.
The Registry collects information on cases of metastatic breast cancer in Quebec and intends to recruit all people with this diagnosis. Approximately 6,600 new cases of breast cancer are declared each year in Quebec and approximately 20% of these cancers will evolve to metastatic disease.
With the support of its various partners, the Registry, which currently has three participating hospitals, will be extended to all other hospitals in Quebec that are members of the McPeak-Sirois Group.
This foremost initiative, in partnership with the ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux (MSSS) and the Direction nationale du Programme québécois de cancérologie, is supported by the following partners:
